This job requires the future employee to have exceptional research skills, as they will be conducting thorough research on a variety of topics to support the company\'s advancement. The employee will be responsible for gathering information on market trends, industry standards, and best practices through various sources, such as online databases, trade publications, and other resources. In addition to research, the employee will also be communicating with many different companies daily, gathering quotes and information on behalf of the company. This will involve building relationships with clients and partners to collect and analyze data and insights that can help inform the company\'s decision-making process. The main function of this role, at least initially, will be conducting thorough research and communicating with companies based on the findings of the research. The employee will also be responsible for writing several reports that display all the information gathered, including any requested quotes from the company. To excel in this role, the employee will need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. They should also be able to work independently and manage their time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ultimately, the employee will play a critical role in supporting the company\'s growth and development through their research and communication efforts. As a crucial member of the start-up team, you will be responsible for conducting meticulous market research to gather key insights that will drive the business plan forward. This will involve analyzing market trends, identifying competitors, and keeping abreast of industry developments that could impact the company\'s operations. Through your research, you will provide valuable recommendations to help inform the company\'s strategic direction. One of your main tasks will be managing scheduling and organizing meetings based on the research you have conducted. You will attend meetings on behalf of the founder, and most of these meetings will be over Zoom. You will be responsible for communicating effectively with clients, partners, and other stakeholders and ensuring that all meeting logistics are handled smoothly and professionally. In addition, you will act as a liaison to manage communication on behalf of the founder. This will involve coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure that messages are conveyed accurately and effectively. You will also be responsible for overseeing administrative duties, such as organizing files, processing invoices, and managing budgets. Your attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks will be critical in ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the start-up run smoothly. As the start-up grows and develops, you will assist in the creation of investor presentations and preparing documents for potential investors. This will be a step that comes about six months to a year down the line, and will require you to have a deep understanding of the company\'s financials, market position, and growth potential. Finally, you will be responsible for creating reports on the progress of the start-up, including financial reports, marketing reports, and progress reports. These reports will be used to provide updates to stakeholders within the company, as well as potential investors and other external parties. Your ability to analyze data, synthesize information, and communicate effectively will be critical in creating reports that provide valuable insights into the company\'s operations and growth trajectory.
