Key responsibilities include maintaining internal operational and financial controls and ensuring that they are observed for all assigned cases. Job expectations include ensuring that all cases are resolved in compliance with industry regulations and bank procedures, integrity levels of the department's case management system, and financial controls, and escalating matters or issues to leadership to ensure minimum risk occurs.
Required Skills:
Typing proficiency: A fast and accurate typing speed is crucial for this position.
Must be detail oriented with excellent attention to detail: This position requires carefully checking for errors in information being entered and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Ability to research and collect data: ability to input information accurately and efficiently while maintaining focus and following proper procedures.
Time management: Completing tasks within deadlines and managing workload effectively.
Communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues regarding data entry processes and any issues.
Software knowledge: Familiarity with basic office software like spreadsheets (Excel) and databases is essential.
Organizational skills: Effectively managing data entry tasks by prioritizing and structuring work.
Concentration ability: Maintaining focus while performing repetitive data entry tasks.
