Request for Proposal - Cleaning Services Hawaii Care Choices is seeking a service provider to provide janitorial services on a contractual basis, five times per week. The ideal provider shall maintain a permanent place of business, have the manpower and equipment to perform services adequately, and have satisfactory furnished services of familiar size and scope for a period of at least 12 months. Services Needed:
- Janitorial services to be provided after 4:00pm.
- Areas to be served include the Lobby and entrance, Restrooms, General Office Areas, Stairwells, Private Offices, and Classrooms.
- Empty wastebaskets, replace liner, recycle material in proper receptacles (if applicable)
- Dust and disinfect (where appropriate) furniture, including desktops, computers equipment, tables, and chairs with treated cloth
- Vacuum carpeting and runners (as needed)
- Damp mop all tile floors
- Clean with sanitary spray and polish to a shine all dispensers, mirrors, sinks, and faucets
- Wipe clean and polish all splash areas
- Scrub toilet and urinal interiors with a liquid abrasive, apply germicidal disinfectant
- Fill paper towel dispensers and add toilet paper to holders. Leave one extra roll of toilet paper in each stall
- Sweep floor, apply germicidal disinfectant solution, clean around wall, under toilets and urinals. Wet mop entire floor surface
- Clean and sanitize door handles
- Clean and remove fingerprints from door glass and interior office windows, and from all glass-topped furniture (as applicable).
- Clean and disinfect phones
- Remove trash to the appropriate outside dumpster.
- Inspect area; secure doors and lights (doors found locked shall be re-locked)
