Our growing Oklahoma office, is looking for night time Repossession Agents who reside in the Oklahoma City area or metro area.

This role is responsible for investigating and tracking the known locations of vehicles out for repossession, securing them, and towing the vehicles. They are also responsible for appropriate, timely, and accurate documentation according to repossession and recovery laws. Available shifts will include nights (Sunday nights through Thursday nights (off on Friday and Sat)).

The ideal candidate is naturally curious, investigative, and interested in finding what needs to be found. Similar positions with transferable skills include security or police work, private investigators, the military, and tow or truck driving.

Qualifications:

Clean MVR Current Driver's license Must be at least 23 years old Able to pass a background check (no felonies) Able to pass pre-employment and random drug testing Able to lift 75lbs Intermediate computer skills Ability to stay calm under pressure and de-escalate situations Be self-motivated and have an intense eagerness to work. Neat and clean appearance Must have a basic mechanical understanding

Training:

New hires will receive paid training with our highly experienced staff. The trainingwill consist of tow truck operations, computer software, general paperwork, reposession procedures and all applicable laws and regulations.

Duties include

Work accounts that have been approved and assigned for repossession

Skip tracing to locate vehicles

Ensure compliance with ALL repossession laws and federal and state guidelines

Update computer systems and databases to ensure timely and compliant communication

At times, interact with vehicle owners in a safe, peaceful, and compliant manner

Skills / Experience

Valid Driver's license (CDL is not required, but always a plus) and clean driving record

Prior repossession and/or towing experience required

Proficient written communication and computer skills

Summary
As a Repossession Agent working the night shift, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently repossessing vehicles using your core skills in driving and operating a tow truck. Your premium skills in automotive diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and conflict management will be essential in handling challenging situations and ensuring successful repossessions. Additionally, your relevant skills in customer service and loading/unloading will help you communicate effectively with clients and handle vehicles with care. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,200.00 per week
