Job Description


SUMMARY:

The Reporting Lead Analyst will be primarily responsible for providing sales support for new and existing clients. Modeling claims data to determine network participation in various standard and custom pharmacy network solutions. Communicating the results to multiple groups and levels of management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Development of standard reporting, analysis, models and tools used to identify improvement opportunities and support decisions related to network solutions.
  • Extract, analyze, and validate large sets of data used for reporting both internally and externally.
  • Analyze trends, provide analysis, and develop recommendations for a variety of projects.
  • Report information to management and decision makers. May create presentations and/or reports to communicate key messages and recommendations.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics or Finance preferred
  • At least 2-4+ years\' experience in reporting, finance analysis and/or accounting
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office needed.
  • Basic SQL experience required, experience with Teradata, R a plus
  • Ability to utilize independent judgment and discretion and recommend solutions
