Rental Shop Technician
Job Description
As a Rental Shop Technician at Kelly Canyon, your primary duties will include fitting guests with appropriate ski or snowboard equipment, maintaining rental inventory, performing equipment repairs and adjustments, and delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a passion for snow sports.
Key Responsibilities:
? Assist guests in selecting and fitting ski/snowboard equipment based on their skill level, size, and preferences.
? Maintain rental inventory by organizing, cleaning, and inspecting equipment for damage or defects.
? Maintain accurate rental records and process transactions using the resort's point-of-sale system.
