As a Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our customer engagement and sales success! What you'll do

Cultivate strong relationships with customers through effective communication and exceptional customer service. Conduct outside sales activities to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base. Manage inventory control processes to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand. Deliver compelling presentations and engage in public speaking to promote our products and services. Utilize your negotiation skills to close deals that benefit both the company and our clients. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, data entry, and administrative tasks using Microsoft Word and Excel. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive sales growth. Provide support at the front desk, assisting customers with inquiries and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Basic qualifications

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with diverse customers.

Preferred qualifications

Experience in retail sales or sales management is highly desirable. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our outreach capabilities. Familiarity with retail math concepts for effective inventory management. Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is beneficial. A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintenance of customer relationships.
