Rental Sales Agent

Affinity Auto Inc. is a leading rental car franchise that provides exceptional service and high-quality vehicles to our valued customers. With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a reputation for excellence, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated RSA to join our team at our Broken Arrow location.

This is a regular, part-time, hourly, non-exempt position.

Hours of Operation are Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 6:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm; Sunday 8:00am-11am

Qualified person works directly with customers while processing rental agreements and presenting and selling optional services and products. The RSA will also be responsible for cleaning and prepping vehicles for re-rental including vacuuming, washing and fueling as needed. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with customers, possesses effective sales skills and is motivated to achieve exceeding goals.

Essential Functions

? Effectively present and sell company services and products

? Provide a positive rental experience to each customer while accurately presenting,

coordinating and processing rental transactions

? Meet or exceed sales goals for the location

? Provide a professional and friendly response to customer inquires and requests in

person and on the telephone

? Maintain current knowledge of all products or additional services available to the

customers

? Maintain accurate computer records and update database in a timely efficient manner

? Coordinate cleaning vehicles, servicing, transferring un-needed vehicles to fleet

Work Environment

This job operates in an office setting and requires time in, out and around vehicles. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones but also requires prolonged standing.

Physical Demands

Arm and hand steadiness and finger dexterity to use a keyboard and telephone; vision, speech, and hearing sufficient to perform the essential tasks; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds; may be subject to walking, bending, sitting, and reaching. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Required Education and Experience

? One year experience in service/sales in car rental, retail or hospitality industry

? Must be customer focused, results driven and possess the ability to consistently

produce sales

? Must be professional and promote a positive attitude among customers and peers

? Must be self-motivated, personable, dependable

? Flexibility to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner

? Must be able to perform data entry and computer entry tasks

? Must be able to work independently and within a team environment

? Must have a valid drivers license, be 21 years of age, have an acceptable driving record

? Must have the ability to work flexible schedules, including holidays weekends and

overtime as required

? Excellent customer service skills
