Duties

Manage rental agreements from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Coordinate with customers to understand their equipment needs and provide tailored solutions. Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking equipment availability and condition. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct outside sales activities to promote rental services, including networking with potential clients. Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry, reporting, and inventory management tasks. Assist in marketing efforts to promote rental services through various channels. Engage in public speaking opportunities to represent the company at events or trade shows. Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is in optimal condition for rentals.

Skills

Strong customer service orientation with excellent phone etiquette. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for administrative tasks and data management. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Experience in sales management or retail sales, with a focus on achieving targets. Knowledge of inventory control processes and retail math principles. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment. Proven negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for rentals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
