Description: Are you newly licensed or looking to build experience quickly? Veribas Real Estate is hiring Rental Agents to work with renters and investors. Earn commissions fast while learning the business.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with rental searches
Set up showings and applications
Maintain relationships with landlords and property managers
Upsell renter-to-buyer leads with CRM scripts
Use our CRM to manage communications
Qualifications:
Active GA Real Estate License
Reliable transportation
Great customer service and communication skills
Entry-level welcome; training provided
Compensation: 100% commission-based, commission per closed lease. Opportunity to transition into buyer/seller roles.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $63,978.10 - $120,048.90 per year
