Looking for a remote scheduler/administrative assistant for a fast growing home inspection company. This is a fully remote position that you can do from home but it will require set hours. You will be scheduling inspections which will require you to answer phone calls, reach out to multiple parties via call and text, look up information, and use our scheduling software. This is not a sales position and you will not be cold calling. You do need to be good at educating people/explaining things as many people will have questions about inspection services. If you have a real estate license and/or experience with real estate or as a transaction coordinator, that would be helpful but is not required.
Skills needed:
- Comfortable on the phone
- Very organized
- Great communicator and explainer
- Tech literate
- Good reliable internet connection
Ideal, but not required:
- Real estate license
- Knowledgeable about a real estate transaction
- Experience as a transaction coordinator
- Professional phone experience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
