Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Lead and inspire a team of software developers, providing guidance and support. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, set goals, and define timelines. Ensure software solutions align with business objectives and technical specifications. Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions when needed. Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices. Foster innovation by integrating AI technologies into solutions where applicable. Communicate updates clearly to stakeholders and ensure project alignment. Mentor team members to support professional growth and career development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development project management. Proven track record managing projects across all lifecycle phases. Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Experience with AI technologies preferred. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to oversee technical projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Experience developing machine learning or AI-driven applications.

Salary of 80,000K, 10K bonus potential
