Align Counseling is seeking a full-time/or part-time tele-health outpatient therapists to join our team! We are a small office that is quickly expanding and needs outpatient therapists who are dependable and enjoy work independently.

This position is for a Remote Therapist working with Couples

Outpatient therapists

MUST hold a LSW, LCSW, LMFT or LPC

license in PA

MUST

have a

minimum

3years of previous

CLINICAL

outpatient experience working with adults and couples. Working with children does not count. Meet with new clients for assessment Plan a course of treatment and develop treatment plan with client Regularly meet with clients for therapy sessions Update clients' treatment plan as necessary

Responsibilities:

As a Contracted Hourly Therapist, you will be expected to:

Scheduling:

See clients during the day, evenings, and even weekends.

Evenings are mandatory

as most couples need those hours.

Caseloads:

There is a minimum of 12-15 clients expected to be seen weekly. More clients are available.

Salary:

You will receive $40 per each 53-minute-long session, so you are in control of your paycheck! Your productivity determines your salary.

Bi-Weekly Pay:

No waiting for insurance reimbursements, you are paid on the number of clients you see bi-weekly.
