Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing behavioral therapy to enhance the quality of life for our clients.

Duties



Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles. Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction. Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans. Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to client care. Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient records and intake assessments, in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Educate families and caregivers on behavioral strategies and interventions to support client development. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.

Requirements



Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required. Georgia License (LBA) is required. Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities. Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis methodologies. Proficiency in data collection, patient assessment, and medical terminology related to behavioral health. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. A passion for improving the lives of individuals through effective behavioral interventions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 5 - 30 per week
