Join Our Team at Baltimore Counseling Center

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Therapist to join our private practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality mental health care and a passion for professional development. This role involves delivering therapeutic services to a diverse client base, utilizing a variety of evidence-based approaches, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our practice.

Current Opportunity: Licensed Social Worker

Our therapists specialize in a range of areas, including PTSD, ADHD, depression, and anxiety, providing counseling services to adults. We welcome applicants who are either seeking supervision to grow in their careers or experienced professionals who prefer to focus on clinical work.

For Provisionally Licensed Applicants:

We offer individual weekly supervision for LGPC and LMSW from board-approved supervisors.

Compensation:

Reimbursement is based on sessions completed. All staff members work virtually.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Work Minimum of a graduate-level license as a Social Worker (LMSW, LGSW) Ability to schedule a minimum of ten sessions per week Capability to work with an insightful and motivated population Must be organized, independent, and confident, with a keen interest in developing a niche
