What You'll Do
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer service calls and messages
Assist customers with product or service questions, billing inquiries, and general troubleshooting
Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accurate notes and records
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during each interaction
Escalate calls to appropriate supervisors or departments when necessary
Uphold quality assurance and compliance standards in every call
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
At least 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using computer systems and navigating multiple programs at once
Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote setting
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Schedule
Flexible shifts available, including days, evenings, and weekends
Full-time availability preferred
