Using your excellent customer service skill set, you will provide industry-leading support to current Krasdale customers across multiple communication channels - including phone and email - maintaining a positive, consistent customer experience with every touchpoint and interaction. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Experience in a fast paced customer driver environment, Call Center Environment \xc2\xb7 Strong verbal and written skills \xc2\xb7 Heavy Email correspondence \xc2\xb7 Familiar with Excel Data Entry \xc2\xb7 Internet service with a direct connection to a cable or fiber modem \xc2\xb7 A dedicated quiet, private workspace \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated self-discipline, time management skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work collaboratively with leaders - all in a remote work environment \xc2\xb7 Ability to train in person at our White Plains NY office during the onboarding/training period \xc2\xb7 Bi-lingual preferred ABOUT KRASDALE FOODS, INC.
