A&A Telecomm is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic
Remote Customer Service Representatives
to join our growing virtual team. In this role, you'll be the friendly, reliable voice that helps customers resolve issues and feel valued. This position is 100% remote, offering flexible scheduling after training and steady, performance-based pay.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and chat support
Assist customers with inquiries about products, services, billing, or technical concerns
Handle inbound calls professionally and follow up with customers as needed
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our database
Collaborate with remote team members and supervisors to improve service delivery
Follow company procedures to ensure security, accuracy, and compliance
Review and report customer feedback to help identify trends and areas for improvement
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a clear, professional phone presence
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred, but not required
Ability to multitask across systems and maintain attention to detail
Proficient typing and data entry skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Outbound calling experience is a plus
Technical Requirements
Windows-based desktop or laptop (Macs, Chromebooks, netbooks, and tablets not supported)
Wired high-speed internet connection (Ethernet required - if hired)
USB headset with microphone (if hired)
Quiet, private workspace at home
Must be able to pass a background check prior to onboarding
