We are seeking a reliable, and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to support high-level executives and clients with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess organizational skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and a strong work ethic. Salary: $60,000 per year plus overtime
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry & Management: Accurately input, organize, and maintain confidential information, including client details, appointments, schedules, and travel logistics.
Scheduling & Coordination: Assist with managing appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries for executives, ensuring timely follow-up and keeping the calendar up-to-date.
Client Communication: Draft and respond to emails, make phone calls, and coordinate with clients or internal teams for any administrative needs, maintaining professionalism and discretion.
Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as requested by executives.
File Organization: Maintain digital records of documents and correspondence, ensuring all files are organized, searchable, and up-to-date.
