This position focuses on relationship management, loan portfolio development, and providing high-quality customer service specifically in the bank's loan participations portfolio. The Relationship Manager will manage an existing loan portfolio, maintain existing client relationships, and serve as the first point of contact for participating banks. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will support the credit analysis team by underwriting and completing credit analysis for internal, non-participated bank loans.

Compensation:

$85,000 - $100,000 per year plus an opportunity for incentive compensation.

Experience and Education Requirements

1-3 years of experience in a credit analyst role, preferably within a banking environment. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Extensive knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and loan policy.
