You'll act as a trusted advisor--understanding each client's business needs, delivering exceptional service, and aligning Docufree's solutions to help them achieve operational excellence.###
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
Develop deep understanding of each client's business goals and operational challenges.
Proactively identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen partnerships.
Account Strategy & Growth
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored document management solutions.
Support renewals, contract negotiations, and pricing discussions.
Drive revenue growth through relationship expansion and value-added recommendations.
Operational Excellence
Ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and escalations.
Maintain accurate client records and activity reports in CRM systems.
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client experience and process efficiency.
Other Duties as Assigned
Participate in client reviews, special projects, and company initiatives that support continuous improvement.
