We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and market analysis
Conduct B2B sales presentations and negotiations to close deals effectively
Collaborate with marketing and technical sales teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs
Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of client inquiries
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track interactions, sales pipelines, and account activities
Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize value for both clients and the company
Provide insights and analysis on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning
Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and expectations
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within technology sales or related fields
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present confidently to diverse audiences
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing customer relationships
Demonstrated ability in B2B sales, technical sales, or marketing strategies
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
Leadership qualities with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience in analysis skills to interpret market data and customer insights effectively
Ability to conduct warm calling campaigns confidently and professionally
Knowledge of technology products/services is preferred but not mandatory
