A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPMENT TEAM COORDINATOR
The Relationship Development Team Coordinator will support the Relationship Development team by playing a key role in both public-facing and back-office operations. This position is focused on participating in community events, business development activities and outreach programs representing the credit union professionally. Additionally, the coordinator is responsible for organizing and tracking events, managing requests and ensuring seamless operations through varies software tools. They will work with both the public and credit union employees to successfully promote Cyprus Credit Union's membership, products and services. Responsibilities will also include:
Organizes and coordinates a variety of relationship development/community outreach/educational programs and activities for the credit union.
Fulfills back-office coordinating and tracking of events, requests and tasks through multiple software programs
Participate in community events
Promotes goodwill and conveys a positive image of the Credit Union.
Assumes responsibility for maintaining effective working relations, communication, and coordination with Credit Union personnel and with management.
Completes required reports and records accurately and promptly.
Attends meetings as required.
Assist with general duties and tasks related to relationship development
JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Must have strong communication and writing skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to schedule and coordinate multiple areas congruently
Able to prioritize tasks and time effectively and efficiently
Must be a self-starter, motivated and able to work early mornings, evening and weekends as required.
Must be PC literate, able to create PowerPoint presentations, use excel spreadsheets
Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Illustrator or other graphic design application
Always maintain a positive and professional attitude as a representative of Cyprus Credit Union
Ability to successfully operate within a team environment.
Must have reliable transportation access and be able to travel between branches and events daily.
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS
Assignments are completed on time and accurately
Accounts are managed in accordance with established Credit Union policies and procedures.
Good working relationships exist with credit union team members and credit union partners.
Management is appropriately informed of significant problems, area activities, and competitive conditions.
Recommendations for product development, placement, and promotions are made as appropriate.
Education
Highschool diploma or GED
Required Knowledge
Credit Union or Banking background is preferred.
Experience Required
Previous customer service and back-office support experience.
Skills/Abilities
Strong interpersonal skills. Well organized. Problem solving abilities. Able to use computer tracking systems
WORK SCHEDULE FOR A RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPMENT TEAM COORDINATOR
Full Time- Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm with occasional Saturdays.
