Relationship Bankers provide a full range of banking services to individual customers, with emphasis on personal financial counseling, lending, customer service and the ability to support all customers in person or virtually. They are an active member of the branch office sales/service team and provide support related to the day-to-day branch operational activities and financial services of the Bank. They assist the supervisor with administrative tasks to support the office operations as assigned.

Salary Range: $39,000 - $61,000

Essential Duties:

• Maintains expert knowledge of Bank\'s retail Products and services.
• Maintains Business/commercial products and services knowledge
• Effectively counsels and advises customers on bank products and services.
• Maintains the ability to look at the whole customer relationship for opportunities to enhance and grow.
• Manages the application-to-closing process for retail loans.
• Opens new deposit accounts while broadening customer\'s needs, present or future.
• Resolves customer problems with what is best for customers and Bank.
• Aptly and confidently demonstrates and educates our customer base on our technology products and services.
• Assists customers with product selections for accounts and financial services throughout the Bank including Wealth Management, Cash Management Services, and Merchant Services cross-selling.

Education/Training: A high school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor\'s degree preferred. Training in customer service, telephone etiquette, and sales needed.

Skill(s): Must demonstrate strong communication skills; excellent interpersonal relations skills; proficient PC skills; a comprehensive knowledge of all bank forms and documents used in opening new accounts; a proficient knowledge of the banking systems, transaction documents, knowledge of vault transactions and balancing; a working knowledge of bank consumer and business products and services; proficient Microsoft Office skills; possess problem solving skills.

Experience: A minimum of (4-6) years\' experience in a related position normally required.
