We're currently seeking a Relationship Administrator to join our Maryland Commercial Banking team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and excels at providing high-level administrative and operational support.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service & Support

• Provide support for deposit and loan accounts
• Manage NSF/Overdraft reporting
• Assist with meeting coordination and loan closings
• Conduct post-closing customer follow-up as needed
• New Loan & Renewal Support

• Gather financial information to support loan requests
• Assist in preparing loan proposals, memos, and underwriting packets
• Coordinate loan settlements and review documentation
• Ensure accuracy of collteral and loan codes
• Commercial Loan Operations

• Serve as operational contact for designated clients
• Monitor collateral exceptions, maturing loans, and delinquencies
• Support internal/external audits and construction loan advances
• Scan and track financials and loan documents in bank systems
• Order appraisals, environmental reports, and loan documents
• Book loans and prepare GL entries
• Issue Reg B adverse action notices when applicable
• Compliance & Special Projects

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Univest's Code of Conduct
• Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' administrative experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Customer-focused with strong knowledge of banking and internal credit processes.
• Solid understanding of commercial lending practices, including approval processes, documentation, post-closing procedures, and compliance issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and work independently within established guidelines.
• Strong professional communication skills with both internal and external clients.
• GED/High School Diploma required; college degree is a plus.
• A collaborative attitude and commitment to working as part of a team toward shared goals..

Wage Range:
The salary for this position ranges from $50,000 - 62,000
