Experience Required:

5 years of related experience in revenue analytics for Hospitals, Healthcare, Insurance, or a similar field. Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience with analyzing large data sets in Microsoft Excel and related software. Experience performing analyses, journal entries, and related reconciliations. Exhibits project management skills through to successful completion

About the Role:

The facility is looking for a Senior Reimbursement Analyst to support its Corporate Reimbursement team. This is a remote, non-clinical role focused on healthcare accounting, reimbursement analysis, and financial reporting. There is strong potential for this position to convert to a permanent role for the right fit.

If you're solid with numbers, comfortable owning month-end processes, and experienced in healthcare finance, this is a role where your expertise will genuinely matter.

What You'll Be Doing:

Handle month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules Perform AR valuation, contractual allowance calculations, and reserve rate analysis Prepare analytics and reporting related to reimbursement and net revenue Support Finance and Operations teams with reimbursement-related insights and variance analysis Work with large data sets in Excel to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities Help identify process inefficiencies and contribute to workflow and reporting improvements

Fully remote role Standard business hours (8a-5p CST) Non-clinical, finance-focused position Occasional travel may be required
