Job Description

We are a leading Integrative Health Clinic located in Central Oregon, dedicated to improving lives through exceptional patient care and innovative wellness solutions.



As Rehab Tech/CA at Advanced Pain Solutions, you will be responsible for bringing about the retention of long-term quality patients for the clinic through the execution of service delivery systems so the patient's needs and expectations of care are met or exceeded.

Salary:

$18.50 - $20.00 per hour base pay plus monthly bonus program



You will be an essential piece of the integrated clinic and will work in tandem to collaborate with the medical personnel to result in the most effective treatment plans and clinical outcomes. It is necessary for you to be knowledgeable in regards to diseases, rehabilitation, and other medical conditions.



PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

Teaching Rehab therapies to patients as directed by provider Setting patients up on CBP or Decompression as directed by provider Ensure timely entry and follow up of accurate patient data into computer system Direct patients in their care plan Perform ROM for patients Set rooms up for exams Adhere to scripts Assist Providers to stay on schedule

Experience & Education Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent Must have CA license, or agree to complete process to obtain CA license within 60 days

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Prolonged periods of time standing in one place The employee may occasionally lift, move, push, pull up to 10-25 pounds. Occasional travel to local meetings and training may be required.
