Rehab Technician

to join our close-knit team at Rise Pediatric Therapy, a neurodiversity-affirming, play-based pediatric therapy clinic. Our mission is to provide speech, occupational, and feeding therapy services that support each child's unique journey through trusted relationships, safe spaces, and collaborative care.

As a Rehab Tech, you won't be directly leading therapy sessions, but your role is essential to making them possible. You'll help therapists by preparing treatment spaces, cleaning up afterward, and ensuring everything is safe, sanitized, and ready for the next child. With many kids moving through our clinic each day, keeping things clean and organized is vital to both safety and the flow of our busy therapy environment.

What You'll Do

Prepare therapy spaces and materials before each session Clean and sanitize toys, equipment, and treatment rooms after sessions Keep the sensory gym and clinic areas organized, safe, and welcoming Assist with restocking supplies and light clerical/organizational tasks Help manage clinic flow so therapists can focus on children and families Jump in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in childcare, healthcare, or customer service helpful (but not required -- we'll train the right person!) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially around cleaning and safety Comfort with physical tasks such as moving equipment and staying active throughout the day A dependable, flexible, and team-oriented mindset Passion for supporting children and families by making the therapy environment safe and welcoming
