Physical rehab is a 20-bed unit that helps patients recover from traumatic injuries, CVA'S, spinal injuries, amputations, and neurological conditions.




Performs care requires substantial specialized knowledge, judgement and nursing skills based upon the principles of psychological, biological, physical and social sciences in the application of the nursing process. Utilizes high-level assessment skills to design and ensure multidisciplinary patient care to meet holistic needs, incorporating established practice guidelines and regulatory standards.




Must possess ability to supervise LPNs, CNAs, Techs, Unit Secretaries, and Clinical students. All employees will continually monitor and adhere to safety responsibilities and initiatives.

Rehab RN Part Time

Registered Nurse implements professional nursing practice centered on the patient as a whole person and the creation of a caring environment focused on healing and wellness. Assessment of patients' needs. Development of patient care plan(s) Provision of direct care. Management of patient care delivery. Demonstration of leadership skills. Support for quality care. Customer relations and healing environment.

Requirements:

Current RN licensure or work permit in Kentucky. Bachelor's or an associate degree in nursing from an accredited college/university. ACLS, NIH Stroke Certification, Glucometer Training, Aegis Training, Nurse Wound Care Basic Life Support.

Benefits: Part-Time 24 weekly hours (0.6 FTE) - 31.99 weekly hours (0.8FTE)
