: A REHAB DIRECTOR position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing Rehab Department. This position is open to a PT/ OT/ PTA or COTA.

A successful Rehab Director will:





Ensure efficient and effective operations Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor Provide therapy services as needed Be a licensed physical therapist or license eligible in the state where employed Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting The ideal candidate will have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department.



Compensation: $32/hr - $45/hr
