Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging classroom instruction and clinical supervision for nursing students Develop curriculum materials that reflect current healthcare practices and standards Mentor students through their academic journey and professional development Collaborate with healthcare partners to ensure relevant, hands-on learning experiences Participate in program assessment and continuous improvement initiatives Support student success through academic advising and career guidance

What We're Looking For

Current unencumbered RN license in Kentucky Associate Degree in Nursing minimum; Bachelor's or higher preferred Clinical nursing experience in acute care or specialty areas Must have hospital experience in two of the last five years of your career Teaching experience or strong interest in nursing education Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to excellence and student-centered learning
