Registered Nurse - Home Care (PRN / Part-Time)

Care At Your Site is seeking a professional and dependable Registered Nurse to support clinical assessments and supervisory visits for our home care clients. This flexible PRN/part-time role is ideal for an RN seeking supplemental income with a well-structured, growing agency.

Responsibilities Include:

Completing initial client assessments Conducting supervisory visits and documentation Developing and updating care plans Reviewing safety concerns and advising on appropriate care practices Communicating timely updates to the Administrator

Requirements:

Active RN license in Virginia Strong documentation and clinical assessment skills Home care or community-based experience preferred Reliable transportation Ability to work independently, professionally, and within deadlines

Compensation & Schedule:

Flexible PRN/part-time schedule Paid per assessment and supervisory visit Mileage reimbursement for travel to client homes Competitive compensation based on experience
Job Types: Part-time, Travel nursing, PRN

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
