Job Description

Enthusiastic Registered Nurse needed for weekend supervision. Must possess RN licensure for state of Louisiana. Position is full time in a privately owned rural Long Term Care Facility. As a weekend RN supervisor, your primary responsibilities are to help manage staff during each weekend shift. Weekend RN will also be responsible to:

In-service staff as needed Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant action Deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public Be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices ad procedures as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to long term care.
