Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager
Shift: Day shift
Responsibilities Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager:
\xc2\xb7 Administering treatments and documentation
\xc2\xb7 Complete assessments to determine the resident\xe2\x80\x99s needs
\xc2\xb7 Counsel patient\xe2\x80\x99s family in meeting nursing related needs
\xc2\xb7 Ensuring patient records are filled out and accurate
\xc2\xb7 Following security measures to ensure patients\xe2\x80\x99 information is safe and confidential
\xc2\xb7 Managing discharge documents, patient health history forms, admission/discharge documents
\xc2\xb7 All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager:
- Must have an active RN license in the state of MD
- RN experience in LTC/SNF preferred
