Your Responsibilities as RN Supervisor (Night Shift):

Supervise and guide nursing staff during the 11 PM - 7 AM shift Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards Collaborate with the

Director of Nursing (DON)

and unit managers for continuity of care Monitor resident care plans and confirm accurate documentation Respond quickly to emergencies, resident needs, and staffing concerns Conduct rounds to evaluate resident care, staff performance, and infection control practices Encourage teamwork and provide hands-on leadership

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Pennsylvania

(required)

1+ year of supervisory experience

in long-term care or healthcare (preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage emergencies and mentor staff effectively Commitment to resident-centered care and safety
