Position Overview:

As an

RN Supervisor

, you will oversee nursing staff, coordinate resident care, and ensure the highest standards of

clinical excellence

and regulatory compliance. You will lead by example, mentor your team, and help maintain a culture of

compassion, efficiency, and quality care

.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and support the nursing team during your assigned shift Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and

high-quality skilled nursing care

Perform resident assessments and make informed clinical decisions Mentor staff and provide leadership to enhance team performance Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and other departments Maintain accurate documentation and support smooth

daily operations in long-term care

Participate in initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For:

Current

Registered Nurse (RN) license

or BSN in Pennsylvania Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (

long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

) Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Collaborative mindset and ability to guide staff in a

patient-centered, clinical care environment
