Coral Springs Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in beautiful Wilmington, DE is currently hiring for a FULL TIME, 11p - 7am RN Nurse Supervisor. There is a weekend requirement.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units. The RN Supervisor regularly rounds on nursing units. The Registered Nurse Supervisor provides support and direction for nurses. The RN Supervisor assures complete and accurate documentation through spot-checking and on-going supervision. The RN Supervisor responds to, assist with and document facility emergencies. The Registered Nurse Supervisor facilitates communication between shift staff and unit managers/DON/ADON.
