Role Overview:

As an

RN Supervisor

, you'll provide essential leadership and oversight during the evening shift. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional care, supporting your team, and ensuring residents receive attentive, quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor nursing staff, promoting a positive and team-oriented atmosphere Provide direct patient care and clinical supervision as needed Assess residents' conditions and respond to their changing healthcare needs Administer medications and treatments with precision and accountability Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant environment Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents' overall well-being

What You'll Need:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Pennsylvania

(Required)

Previous Supervisory Experience Preferred
