The role you'll contribute:




Responsible for utilizing clinical expertise and critical thinking skills to positively impact patient outcomes. This position is founded upon the role of the Registered Nurse (RN) and the nursing process competencies of assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Additionally, this role serves as a consultant, collaborator, educator, researcher, innovator, and coach to facilitate patient care outcomes, process improvement initiatives, and staff development. In addition, this position uses systems thinking, research, and transformational leadership to drive improvements. Responsibilities for this role include collaborating across units, departments, facilities, communities, and organizations to extend the body of nursing knowledge. This role contributes to the advancement of nursing practice and patient care on multiple levels. Identifies, articulates, and takes action on ethical concerns at various levels, including patient, family, healthcare provider, system, community, and public policy. Develops and implements processes and procedures to optimize workflow while meeting quality standards.
Qualifications


The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed




Bachelor Degree Evidence of clinical expertise in a patient care setting or specialty practice Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) Registered Nurse (RN)
