Job Description

Team Select is looking for Registered Nurses to work 1:1 with medically fragile patients in their homes. Shifts are typically between 8 and 12 hours in length, and we can accommodate both full-time and part-time schedules. Our patients require support for a variety of conditions; you will receive hands-on training from our Director of Nursing to ensure that you feel confident providing care as necessary for your patient.

Position Details and Responsibilities

1:1 Patient Care Work with pediatric/adult patients G-tube, trach, and/or ventilator care Electronic documentation Provide patient assessments, treatments, and other required cares as detailed in the patient's plan of care
Qualifications, Licenses, and Certifications

Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing. current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
