Your Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders. Monitor and document resident conditions and communicate changes promptly. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure resident well-being. Provide leadership and supervision to LPNs and STNAs during shifts.

What We're Looking For:

Active Ohio RN license in good standing (Required). Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care experience preferred. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills. Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering resident-centered care.
