Pay Range:
$30.76 to $41.50/hour (based on experience)
Differentials:
Nights +$4.75/hr | Weekends +$3.00/hr | National Certification +$2.00/hr
Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $15,000 (paid in installments)
Relocation Assistance:
Up to $5,000 (with approval)

Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional bedside care to medical-surgical and orthopedic patients.
Monitor, assess, and record patient conditions and vital signs.
Administer medications, wound care, and post-operative treatments.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize care plans.
Educate patients and families on recovery and discharge instructions.
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety and quality standards.
Support hospital initiatives focused on continuous improvement and outcomes.

Qualifications
Required:
Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN)
Current RN license in Florida or Compact State
Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)
Minimum 1 year of RN experience (acute care, LTACH, rehab, or home health accepted)
Orthopedic experience required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent physical activity
Preferred:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
ACLS certification (required within 6 months of hire)
