Summary
Position Summary
- Responsible for management of care to a diverse resident population. Assigns and supervises the delivery of care to the health care team within their scope of practice. Acts as a community resource in the absence of a supervisor.
- Education: N/A
- License/Certifications: RN Nursing license in the State of Maine.
- Experience: Experience in working with older adults.
- OSHA-MSDS sheets and procedures.
- Fire and safety procedures.
- Knows resident rights and understands abuse and neglect per state regulations.
- Local referral resources.
- Good assessment skills.
- Good communication skills.
