The Opportunity

As an RN in our ambulatory surgery center, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth clinical operations and high-quality patient care. You'll collaborate closely with physicians, patients, and interdisciplinary staff--making a direct difference in both the care process and patient satisfaction.



What You'll Do

Clinical Leadership & Patient Care

Provide direct patient care and support in alignment with professional nursing standards

Conduct thorough patient assessments and assist with diagnostic evaluations

Prepare patients for procedures and assist physicians during minor surgeries

Perform pre-op and post-op care, including patient education and discharge planning

Collaboration & Communication

Coordinate with physicians, outside agencies, hospitals, nursing homes, DME companies, pharmacies, HMOs, and other medical offices

Support fellow medical staff to maintain efficient patient flow and clinic operations

Documentation & Equipment

Maintain accurate electronic medical records

Ensure proper care and maintenance of medical equipment

Qualifications

Current RN license in good standing (Arkansas or multi-state license including AR) required

CPR certification required

High school diploma or GED equivalent required

Previous clinical experience (ambulatory surgery or pain management) preferred

Knowledge of neck, spinal, or plastic surgery procedures preferred
