Registered Nurse (RN) \xe2\x80\x93 Inpatient Mental Health
Pay Range $31.60- $46.00/hr

A Level II Trauma Center and Magnet hospital in Missoula, MT is searching for a permanent Registered Nurse for their Mental Health Unit. The registered nurse will work with both adults and adolescents in this unit. This unit is made up of caring individuals who put the patient\xe2\x80\x99s safety and concerns before themselves. This is very much a team-like atmosphere and it\xe2\x80\x99s an excellent opporntity to provide quality care to patients in an environment that fosters transparency, respect and partnership!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to patients
- Administer medication as instructed by physicians
- Document observations, assessments, and changes in patient\'s condition
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate positive patient care outcomes
- Provide a full range of nursing care to patients with a variety of physical and/or behavioral problems
- 1+ year of nursing experience
- Nursing degree/diploma required. Must be willing to obtain a BSN within 3years of hire
- A RN with 20 years of RN experience will be exempt from the BSN requirement
- Current Montana Registered Nurse (RN) license (or ability to obtain)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) at time of hire.
