What You'll Do
As a Registered Nurse at Happy to Help Caregiving, you will provide oversight and case management that ensures our clients receive the highest quality of care. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting monthly oversight visits with VA clients
Creating and managing Care Plans
Case management and care coordination with families, caregivers, and hospice teams
Performing post-hospitalization reviews and ADL updates
Training and supporting caregivers
Evaluating clients for additional VA needs and service hours
Providing resources and support to clients and families
Participating in an on-call rotation (1 week per month)
Weekly Team Meetings in office (Pocatello)
What We're Looking For
We're seeking compassionate, dependable, and self-driven RNs who can work independently while building strong relationships with clients and caregivers.
Required:
Active Registered Nurse License
Valid driver's license and car insurance
Ability to pass a background check
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Caregiving or nursing experience
Preferred (but not required):
Experience with Veterans Affairs (VA) healthcare
Prior home health nursing or case management experience
Ideal Candidate Attributes
Willingness to travel across Eastern Idaho with the office based in Pocatello
RNs who enjoy community-based nursing and working in clients' homes
