Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time, Contract

Location: Eastern Idaho

Compensation: $75,000 + mileage, bonuses, and benefits

What You'll Do

As a Registered Nurse at Happy to Help Caregiving, you will provide oversight and case management that ensures our clients receive the highest quality of care. Key responsibilities include:

Conducting monthly oversight visits with VA clients Creating and managing Care Plans Case management and care coordination with families, caregivers, and hospice teams Performing post-hospitalization reviews and ADL updates Training and supporting caregivers Evaluating clients for additional VA needs and service hours Providing resources and support to clients and families Participating in an on-call rotation (1 week per month) Weekly Team Meetings in office (Pocatello)

What We're Looking For

We're seeking compassionate, dependable, and self-driven RNs who can work independently while building strong relationships with clients and caregivers.

Required:

Active Registered Nurse License Valid driver's license and car insurance Ability to pass a background check Strong interpersonal and communication skills Caregiving or nursing experience

Preferred (but not required):

Experience with Veterans Affairs (VA) healthcare Prior home health nursing or case management experience
