Advanced Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center is the leading dermatology practice in Northwest Arkansas. Led by Dr. Henry, a Fellowship-trained Mohs Surgeon, our expert team provides comprehensive care in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology all under one roof. Our clinics are located in Fayetteville, Rogers, Bentonville, and Harrison.

We are seeking a talented and professional Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fast-paced team and assist in all nursing duties for the clinic and Ambulatory Surgery Center. The RN should be passionate about patient care, safety, and excellence in pre- and post-operative care, as well as general dermatology and Mohs care.?If you are looking to be part of a winning team, we would love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Assist in the daily operations of the clinic and surgery department. Prepare patients for surgical procedures, including pre-op assessments and education. Set up surgical rooms and assist physicians during procedures. Administer medications. Monitor patient vitals and condition during and after procedures. Provide post-operative care and discharge instructions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records. Clean, pack, and sterilize instruments; maintain autoclave and surgical equipment. Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards. Monitor and manage drug samples and inventory. Participate in staff training and cross-training to support clinic coverage. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Collaborate with the clinical team to support ongoing quality improvement efforts that promote patient safety and elevate the standard of care. Focus on operational efficiency and clinical performance across the ASC. Ensures a safe physical environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Responsible for managing HIPAA compliance and ensuring the protection of patients' health information in accordance with federal and state privacy regulations. Supporting and collaborating with the team to uphold HIPAA compliance and ensure the protection of patients' health information in accordance with federal and state privacy regulations
What We're Looking For:

Arkansas Licensed RN. BLS and ACLS Certification. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with computers and iPads; EMA ModMed experience preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Capable of delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery center. ASC Experience Preferred.
