Job Overview
We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Emergency Department team. This role focuses on rapid patient assessment, timely interventions, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency care to patients across the lifespan.
- Conduct assessments and implement nursing plans.
- Administer life-saving treatments and medications.
- Collaborate with team members for coordinated care.
- Document care in compliance with regulations.
- Support patients and families with compassion.
Requirements
- Accredited nursing program graduate.
- Current RN license.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS, PALS, TNCC within six months.
- RN experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior ER, critical care, or Med/Surg nursing.
- Psychiatric experience a plus.
