A highly respected health organization Portland, OR area is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for their Emergency Services Department as a permanent staff RN. Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical nursing skills for Emergency Nursing
- Support ethical and care to endorse the values, rights, dignity and beliefs of everyone who our organization helps
- Must enjoy a fast-paced environment with exceptional multi-tasking skills.
- Collaborative team player with superior communication skills.
- Optimize outcomes by implementing, diagnosing, assessing and evaluating patient care
- Coordinate and lead groups, coordinate care, delegate, and work well with others as equal members of team
- Oregon Registered Nurse License (prior to start)
- BSN or the ability to obtain within 3 years of hire. RN\'s with 20+ years\' of experience exempt.
- The ideal Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) holds at least 1+ years of ER experience in acute care hospital setting
- Emergency Department and/or Float Pool RN experience is required
- ACLS preferred BLS required
