Department/Position Overview:
Our dedicated ED team sees a mix of ages and complaint ranges in a community hospital setting. We are a stroke certified ED and receive STEMI and psychiatric patients. SVBGH is a Level III Trauma Center, and the ED treats about 150 patients per day. SVBGH is the closest Sentara Hospital to the ocean. Come to Virginia Beach General; We have a beach vibe!
